The shopping experience is currently disjointed. There’s a frustrating gap between platforms: instruments are online-exclusive, while mattress installation services are in-store exclusive. Having to navigate different sets of availability for products and services at different touchpoints is very inconvenient.

The first dresser arrived with varnish drips on the top and the process to have to contact customer service and go through the warranty forms was very frustrating. Then when the nightstands arrived, one of them was damaged too and so I had to go through all of that again. Ultimately, when you make customers have to do extra time wasting work when you have provided a product that is not up to standard then it just adds insult to injury. As of now, I have finally received a dresser and nightstands that are in good shape, however the damaged nightstand and the dresser are still sitting in my garage taking up a large amount of space. It is frustrating that these have not been picked up yet.

The order was on back order and there was no communication. I had to call to see where my order was. Then it was confirmed for the following week and I never got a delivery notification. I hadn’t moved in yet so I got to my new place and the bed was on my porch - could have been damaged or taken.

A couple of the boxes showed up with significant damage and punctures. I have yet to unbox the bed but will be looking for compensation if the bed itself is damaged. And yes I took pictures.
