I purchased a duvet which said it would be back in stock June 1st and it still has not shipped.

I didn’t received the mattress yet and I have no indication on when it will be delivered. I’m thinking of requesting a reimbursement. Will wait until tomorrow and I will proceed, your website gives wrong indication.

Delivery was good..but I felt the sheet set was poor quality for the priceExtremely wrinkled ..I had to turn up the steam and heat to iron the cases..

It still hasn’t shipped and it’s been 3 weeks.

Je suis toujours en attente de la livraison, après plus de 2 semaines, sur votre site il est indiqué 2 a 4 jours à prévoir ce qui est erroné. Je n’ai pas de lit étant donné un déménagement, donc ce n’est pas idéal.

I still don’t have my item. I ordered over 2 weeks ago now and it hasn’t shipped. I first talked with the online portal who set a ticket number for me for someone to be in contact. No one did. I finally called and the sales person (or whomever) stated that I ordered while it was out of stock and that it was a glitch that they didn’t update me. I still have no answers

J’ai reçu l’ensemble sommeil très rapidement mais je suis encore en attente du matelas et ce malgré le fait qu’on m’avait indiqué qu’il était disponible et en stock. J’ai moi-même fait un suivi après une dizaine de jours. On m’a appris à ce moment que le matelas était en rupture de stock. On m’a ensuite indiqué que le restockage était prévu pour la semaine précédent mon appel…j’ai finalement reçu un courriel d’expédition deux jours plus tard. À ce jour, le paquet est toujours en transit et je n’ai aucune idée du moment où il sera reçu.
