I’m not a huge fan of the towel fabric. It feels much thicker than a typical Turkish towel. Also, the borders of the towels immediately curled after the first wash

There is a piece of the bed (footboard) that is not compatible with the rest of the bed and does not attach. I submitted a warranty form and they have offered two options which are not solutions to the problem (receive another foot board that may not even be compatible with the bed or wait until July for the right one and only compensate us $70 for waiting 3 months for the right piece they could likely send right now if they took it from an existing bed set)

Robe was all frayed and itchy

My package as been shipped for over 10 days and i still don’t have any information about the shipping process/tracking or estimated delivery date.

I ordered a sheet set and shams in one order.. Received the flat sheet about 2 weeks ago but had to call you to locate the rest, where I was told they had been either lost or not sent. I am still waiting.

Worst experience ever experience for furniture delivery... wrong box sent and left to deal with sending back and receiving new one.

Issues with placing online order, no shipping information sent. Processed payment to wrong shipping address and never got my items.

The duvet cover is super scratchy

Im still waiting on the rest of the bedding package (pillow and duvet ) to arrive with no delivery date or tracking information. Haven't even gotten a chance to use the mattress because of it. I was told in the customer service chat it should be here at the end of last week. At this point I dont even know if it is coming and when to reach out to customer service to make sure.
