The order was on back order and there was no communication. I had to call to see where my order was. Then it was confirmed for the following week and I never got a delivery notification. I hadn’t moved in yet so I got to my new place and the bed was on my porch - could have been damaged or taken.

The ability to ship out the advertised bundle together

I only used the bed for 1 night

A couple of the boxes showed up with significant damage and punctures. I have yet to unbox the bed but will be looking for compensation if the bed itself is damaged. And yes I took pictures.

The delivery using High Energy Transport was not great at all. Delivery driver hung up on me and did not leave the HEAVY chestdrawer in a spot we agreed. Overall, lack of communication and the box was delivered wet.

Construction quality needs improvement.
