Updated tracking and notifications of back ordered items would help.

I love my linen duvet cover that I bought in store but stick of other items was annissue.I had to order the matching pillow shams online, and bought a duvet elsewhere as the store had none in stock.

I was told that 2 items were in stock and they were not.Many items all purchased at once were all delivered at separate times.

By having the product in stock, and not missing the date on a resupply

It took 11 weeks to receive a couch that was supposedly in stock when I ordered. I received a different product than initially ordered because I did not want to deal with silk and snow any longer. Communication with the company was unreliable- for weeks I was told that the Items were being “transferred between warehouses” when in reality the couch had not been in stock for several months prior to my order. I received items with stains and rips. I’ve never had such a poor shopping experience, especially with such an expensive purchase.

We ordered a bed frame and it showed it was in stock. Find out a week later it won't be in stock until September. We call support and have them change the colour to one that they confirm is in stock. I call a day later to confirm only to find out that one is also not in stock and wont be back until August. We were really looking forward to getting the Aire storage but between the wrong information from support and the website inaccuracy we cancelled our order.

The delivery of my bed frame came in three boxes. All three boxes were heavily damaged upon arrival. I refused to accept the delivery as is and customer support has failed to retrieve and replace the order.

The ottoman we got appears to be damaged. It is a storage ottoman and when you sit on it it sinks into the storage part. The wedge doesnt hold it up. Very disappointed in the build quality.

The sheets are scratchy and I’ve had allergies since we started using them
