The ottoman we got appears to be damaged. It is a storage ottoman and when you sit on it it sinks into the storage part. The wedge doesnt hold it up. Very disappointed in the build quality.

The sheets are scratchy and I’ve had allergies since we started using them

With the bed itself, I was not made aware of that. The cushion mattress is not attached to the frame.. it basically just rests on top of it. If that could be made clear to the consumer, they can make a better decision.. otherwise I would’ve just bought the wooden frame with the attached headboard

I have been waiting for close to 2 weeks to have it picked up. NO COMMUNICATION

I have two twin xl mattresses with an extra topper bringing height to just over 14 inches. The fitted sheet is far too small, especially after second wash in warm water. I like the fabric and crispness of sheets; the pillow cases and top flat sheet are well sized, but not the fitted sheet.

They sent me a ripped mattress. There was zero quality control. When I asked for a replacement they gave me the runaround for 3 weeks saying they’d send me a new one but it was final sale meaning no exchange options if it wasn’t the right one for me. Finally sent me a new one. Overall very poor customer service with staff that just give you canned options to deal with situations and don’t assess the situation properly.
