Ordering a quilt in March and being notified that it won’t be available until July is inexcusable. Why not show that during the ordering process BEFORE I paid for it?? Why not have the website set up to notify me via email when it’s back in stock like most other sites?

I love what I bought. It’s very comfy and was easy to assemble. But:1. The salespeople (3 different ones on different days) were not knowledgeable about the products.2. I was not informed in advance of the delivery person’s arrival date or time … and then he left it in the lobby rather than at my door and I had a lot of trouble moving it.3. The beam under the slats rotates approximately 10 degrees, back and forth, when subjected to a load—back and forth. The rotation is enough to skew the legs. The result: unsupported slats mid span. The hardware that came with the bed, that connects the beam to the headboard and the footboard, does not appear to be suitable for aggressive movement. I have to reinforce the connection to prevent rotation. Three brackets on each end, screwed to the beam and to the headboard and footboard, would be beneficial.

Headboard arrived damaged, had to wait for replacement. Then the support beam designed provided no support and I had to fix with additional wood to stabilize. Instead of providing compensation initially, you sent a replacement of the same part that did not solve the issue.

The delivery was not as smooth as I expected. Instead of three seperate deliveries with no tracking options and no transparent delivery structure/date...have the delivery take longer, but be trackable and have all of the items arrive together. More efficient, less guessing, less calls asking when deliveries are arriving, missing items, etc. You guys deliver very strangely. Not very eco concious or cost efficient on your part.

Initial 1 month delay for half my order that turned into a potential 4 month delay. Though customer service responded back within a couple days of inquiring. Product quality 10/10 as always.

Part of the bed drawer was broken.Submitted a warranty claim as directed on your website and was told I’d hear back in 4-5 business days. It’s now been 8 business days and I’ve had no contact or response so my bed remains incomplete.
