The purchasing experience was smooth. I was able to access a sale which was even better. However, the quality of the bedframe that I received was terrible. It literally continued to fall apart after I had been put together. What made matters worse, was that despite filling in a warranty claim form requesting a store, credit, I needed to follow up several times, outside of the five day window that the website advertised. Even then, the warranty department did not contact me with an unacceptable resolution. They simply shipped parts to me. Those parts well, some of them fit some of the others did not. Still left with a bed frame that now holds together because of the headboard but is uneven. That’s not the quality that I have come to know from silk and snow. And the communication has been terrible. The only positive is the front line staff with whom you can communicate through chat or over the phone are absolutely fantastic.

First time ordering and overall bad impression.Product arrived damaged and no response or resolution for over 2 weeks now.No path forward shared - have the product and packaging consuming space in my home with no clear next steps.

I ordered the cheatnut weighted blanket. On the order it said it was in stock and I would receive notice as soon as it shipped (allow a few days.) Two weeks later, I haven't even recieved notice of shipment, I thought inwould have the blanket by now.

I am still waiting, 2 months later, on promised delivery of parts of both of my orders. Partial delivery of a set is really the definition of poor. Which is a shame because the product is excellent.

The product and shipping was great. Unfortunately the color isn’t going to work so I initiated a return and it’s still in progress and quite cumbersome. Still waiting for a response and refund. Don’t think I’ll order online again.

My experience: lost package, multiple delays, multiple colours being discontinued and me having to accept a third colour preference a month after Christmas. I’ve also lost track of how many different customer service agents I’ve had to correspond with to get this issue resolved. Customer service also is actively trying to negotiate a lower compensation than what I’ve requested.

To recap my situation:- your inventory online was not up to date when I passed my order.- you started shipping random items individually (creating lots of excess waste), without first checking that the full order was in stock (despite me specifically ordering « bundles »)- you first emailed me saying Misty Rose (one out of 2 colors) was out of stock/discontinued and offering some options- once I agreed on the go forward option for my misty rose items, only then did someone tell me my second color (Sand) items were also not available- now, since I can’t get the full bundle sets, i need to send back the random items that I already received to refund my full order
