I'm still waiting on half my order. This is the 2nd order thay something like this has happend where the items just never ship.

I never received my purchase

My experience: lost package, multiple delays, multiple colours being discontinued and me having to accept a third colour preference a month after Christmas. I’ve also lost track of how many different customer service agents I’ve had to correspond with to get this issue resolved. Customer service also is actively trying to negotiate a lower compensation than what I’ve requested.

To recap my situation:- your inventory online was not up to date when I passed my order.- you started shipping random items individually (creating lots of excess waste), without first checking that the full order was in stock (despite me specifically ordering « bundles »)- you first emailed me saying Misty Rose (one out of 2 colors) was out of stock/discontinued and offering some options- once I agreed on the go forward option for my misty rose items, only then did someone tell me my second color (Sand) items were also not available- now, since I can’t get the full bundle sets, i need to send back the random items that I already received to refund my full order

Ima ility to change an order less than 10 hours after it was placed. If you don’t open until 9:30 EST close online ordering during off business hours.

Still waiting on product that was to be delivered two weeks ago, and less that satisfactory customer service responses from Mahum and Savanagh.
