Item I purchased was discontinued but the website still processed my payment. Item never shipped and I had to follow up to figure out why. That should never have happened - I should not have had to chase down my product / money.

I purchased a sheet bundle on June 13th, and it was shipped June 15th. There were a number is packages, and one was sent with fed ex and the rest with Canpar. On June 17th, FedEx called to ask for more details for my address because they couldn’t see a unit number. I clarified and the delivered the next day.Canpar calls me June 23rd because they were only given a street name, no street number and no unit number. They failed to update the address twice, I have to reach out again, and I still have not received my products.

The dresser I ordered is beautiful. However, the experience was negative due to the shipping company not bringing the 250lb dresser down 10 steps leading to my front door. The dresser sat outside for hours (I was at work and not even sent a notification that the package had arrived) in the hot sun. I then had to figure out how to get it down the stairs with as minimal damage as possible as the dresser was already assembled in the box. It was a huge headache. The shipping company clearly has dolleys and equipment to get the packages off the truck, so to not bring it down the stairs was just lazy. I got lucky that I didn’t damage it, and given the fact that it was $1600, I don’t know if that’s grounds for a refund if something had.

The delivery was terrible, they just dumped it in the front yard, in full View of the street. I believe we'd ask for delivery around the back of the house but I'm not 100% sure on that
