I was never shipped my pillow. It was delayed twice and I never received any communication about the delays. I was keen to support a local bar but as a first time purchase experience - I will never recommend this brand moving forward.

I wanted a straight exchange which was not possible. I ask a manager to call me back still no call back. If I was to order the item again I would need to pay full price but it was an exchange.

I sleep really hot and was looking for the lightest duvet possible. I got the alternative light version but I cannot stand it. It is extremely hot, will likely give it away.

When I called the employee told me the delivery person will inform me of delivery days in advanced so I can book my elevator and that the delivery person would bring it up to my condo. They called me at 8:30 am on a Saturday 10 minutes before arriving and they said they were not allowed to bring it up for me. Completely opposite of what I was told on the phone when I ordered.

We are still trying the matress knowing our bodies need to accomodate but we still not fully satisfied at the moment will try a few more weeks and see

I waited for a week and didn’t receive a shipping notification, so I had to reach out to support both via email and over the phone to figure out why. Something about how the one warehouse didn’t have any of the one box in stock and it needed to come from another warehouse but that had to be manually inputted. I’m not entirely sure what happened, but it’s not a good customer experience at all when you have to follow up to figure out what’s going on with your order. I have since received a shipping notification but the tracking details have not updated for days so I have no idea when to expect this package. It’s all been a very confusing experience unfortunately. I wasn’t offered any compensation for this inconvenience either, which again just isn’t good customer service. The customer support people were kind when I reached out, no complaints there since it’s not their fault that this issue happened.
