Two nightstands arrived with minor chips. Although I didn’t have high hopes in terms of resolution I was told as a gesture of goodwill that I would receive a 10% refund which I was appreciative of. As I purchased two I expected 10% off on both but only received 10% off of one and gave me a bad taste with your customer service.

My package came nearly opened. The tape was barely hanging on and the box wasn’t in breast shape. Definitely not what I expect from a premium brand.

Nous avons fait une commande le 18 mai pour un nouveau matelas. Après 10 jours d'attente sans obtenir plus d'informations autre que notre reçu de commande, nous avons démarré un chat avec le service à la clientèle pour faire un suivi le 28 mai. On nous a alors expliqué que le matelas était en rupture de stock et que la commande prendrait plus de temps à arriver. Comme nous déménageons le 6 juin, nous avions donc besoin de changer l'adresse de livraison, ce que nous avons fait auprès du service client qui nous a confirmé que le produit serait livré à la nouvelle adresse. Le 2 juin, nous avons reçu un mail disant que le produit était en chemin... À notre ancienne adresse!

Il est certain que l'erreur est humaine. Mais livrer le mauvais bouquet....c'est choquant pour la personne qui a payé pour un bouquet tout autre style.

I was never shipped my pillow. It was delayed twice and I never received any communication about the delays. I was keen to support a local bar but as a first time purchase experience - I will never recommend this brand moving forward.
