I am very disappointed. The email receipt stated that the couch would be shipped in 2-4 business days. I placed the order on Feb 26, and had to call on Mar 13 for an update. I was told I’d be called back in an hour and did not get any information back. I called on Mar 14 , had to wait on the line for 10 min and did not find the way the representative was talking nice. Fedlande, the representative I spoke to on Mar 14, sent an email after the call.

I tracked my order everyday since it was shipped, since I'm not in town. Then today (Feb 28th) it says that it was delivered on February 19th.I was out of town and waiting to ask someone to get my order inside. Did my order was on my porch since feb 19th? I don't know but I.would have like to know earlier if this was the case.

The delivery driver didn’t notify that they arrived and they left the boxes on the front step without knocking or anything. I had to attempt to carry everything in and up the stairs on my own. 0/5 experience, truly.

The pillow top cover is nice but not as plush as I would like. It also moves quite freely and have to adjust it everyday.
