The delivery driver didn’t notify that they arrived and they left the boxes on the front step without knocking or anything. I had to attempt to carry everything in and up the stairs on my own. 0/5 experience, truly.

Create a better quality insert that has a defined shape and a heavier gauge fabric as cover. Too many wrinkles
