My mattress was left on my walkway in the rain and not at my front door which is sheltered. No knock on the door to advise the mattress had arrived.

The experience could have been improved with a faster and more empathetic warranty response. My bed arrived with a defective central support component, which prevented assembly and left me without a usable bed for a whole week, having to sleep on the floor. I filed a warranty claim the next day and followed up twice by phone before receiving a meaningful response. Given the inconvenience, I would have expected expedited shipping, proactive updates, and a more understanding approach.

I was disappointed in the sheets I bought more than a year ago. I was very pleased that Silk & Snow extended their warranty to sheets bought more than a year ago.

Queen sized coverlet was way too large and touched the floor on both sides of the bed.

It was missing a bolt on the bed frame so had to go out and purchase one. The wood on the drawer base was cracked. The panels on bottomOf the drawer had to free style where to put them and the wheels were the same way. This led to the screws going straight through the wood breaking the base.

Started a return and been two weeks and still no one called me from the pick up company. Disappointed as I have a small apartment and can not get anything done with the bed in the way.
