The sheets are really thin and the fitted sheet is prone to come off the mattress.

Two of my pieces had damage when they arrived. The Silk and Snow representative provided financial compensation in the form of a credit to the original form of payment and stain to address some of the damage ourselves. Despite being assured an email had been sent to track delivery I only received 1 out of 3 resulting in unexpected deliveries.

It was difficult to get approved for payments and we had to wait to save up ourselves to pay outright. The shipping took longer than expected.

The quality of the Mid Century king bed frame was questionable. The supports under the bed twist when pressure is added on top of the bed. This is a very poor design and we had to add 3x2 blocks of wood to the underside to secure it and prevent the twisting.

Towels smaller than anticipated; before I ordered I read the return policy. However I did not realize in a completely different section than the return policy you only allow 2 towels of 8 to be returned which is absolutely ridiculous. Feels sleezy that you don’t include that in the return policy section like you’re trying to screw over your customers.

Part of my bed frame was damaged. I contacted customer service right away and was sent a form to fill out. Which I did that week. It has taken a long time for someone to get back to me. In the mean time I cannot finish setting up the bed frame. I was hoping to have this set up so that I could organize my space in a timely manner.Secondly the solution they offered was to ship multiple pieces I don’t need as they cannot ship it individually. As someone who chose your company to support sustainability and shopping local I find this disappointing. Orherwise. I like the bed frame, the sheets, the mattress, and the pillows. I’m just upset how long it is taking to deal with and that I cannot finish setting it up.
