J'ai acheté une couverture lestée très dispendieuse en ligne, mais la couleur n'est pas fidèle aux images de votre site web. La couleur "Avoine" paraissait beaucoup plus "tan" et neutre que ce que j'ai reçu qui est jaune/beige et ne s'agence pas du tout avec mon mobilier.Ma seconde insatisfaction vient du fait qu'il m'est impossible d'aller voir les couleurs de tissus en boutique, n'ayant trouvé aucun point de vente qui ne tienne les couvertures lestées à Montréal.

Two of my pieces had damage when they arrived. The Silk and Snow representative provided financial compensation in the form of a credit to the original form of payment and stain to address some of the damage ourselves. Despite being assured an email had been sent to track delivery I only received 1 out of 3 resulting in unexpected deliveries.
