The shipping company canpar was horrible. I spent 6 days chasing it down, only to be told each day that it was out for delivery. I ended up requesting to pick it up myself. Completely unreliable.

Part of my shipment was delivered to the wrong address. The first time I called, the person was very rude and not willing to help. I was told it would take a few days to process form, then 2-3weeks for ups to finish their investigation then the team would review and make a decision. We have just moved and have no bed. The aire bed is expensive and we would expect better customer service for the cost we were paying. Instead we were being told it would take up to a month to have a decision made. I had to take time to call back while upset about this call and luckily had someone more helpful. Even though she was helpful, it shouldn’t have been stressful the way it was and I shouldn’t have had to push for help. Being told a month for a decision is unacceptable. Thank you to Bianca for solving it in the end.

The wrong order was shipped. When I reached out to the customer service team, a return label was provided immediately. It took much longer for the correct items to be shipped. It felt like the priority was receiving the items that were incorrectly shipped, instead of fixing the error. It was also frustrating because I had to go out of my way to return the items. I don’t have a printer to print the return label, and there is not a Fed Ex that was close by. Other companies have sent a currier to pick up the item, this would have been a nice touch.

The bed shipment was delayed for weeks with no clear answer. The mattress arrived with stains on it. The courier that delivered the bed frame was wildly unprofessional. And on top of all of that the free sleep bundle never delivered. Why offer a free gift if you have no intention of sending it.

I still have not received my entire order. Spoke to your support people and they provide nothing more than what I received from the shipping company. You shipped my in-stock bed on 19 May and there are no updates as to the status. I fear my order and money are gone.

Website said mattress was in stock and would take 4-6 working days for delivery. Then when I contacted customer service to find when it was arriving after a week they told me it was being manufactured and would take about a month.

I ordered the Storage Bed, which I understand ships in 2 separate packages.These packages were delivered 10 days apart. It is frustrating and does not make sense why they would not just be shipped out at the same time, once both packages are ready to be shipped out.

I haven’t enjoyed the shipping experience. The site repeatedly showed the mattress in stock but it took 2 weeks to ship. Who knows when UPS will actually pick it up or how long until it arrives.
