The quality of the Mid Century king bed frame was questionable. The supports under the bed twist when pressure is added on top of the bed. This is a very poor design and we had to add 3x2 blocks of wood to the underside to secure it and prevent the twisting.

Towels smaller than anticipated; before I ordered I read the return policy. However I did not realize in a completely different section than the return policy you only allow 2 towels of 8 to be returned which is absolutely ridiculous. Feels sleezy that you don’t include that in the return policy section like you’re trying to screw over your customers.

Part of my bed frame was damaged. I contacted customer service right away and was sent a form to fill out. Which I did that week. It has taken a long time for someone to get back to me. In the mean time I cannot finish setting up the bed frame. I was hoping to have this set up so that I could organize my space in a timely manner.Secondly the solution they offered was to ship multiple pieces I don’t need as they cannot ship it individually. As someone who chose your company to support sustainability and shopping local I find this disappointing. Orherwise. I like the bed frame, the sheets, the mattress, and the pillows. I’m just upset how long it is taking to deal with and that I cannot finish setting it up.

I am really disappointed in the quality of my purchase. I have ordered pillow shams off of amazon that are significantly softer and well made, at a less expensive price point.

There is an extensive email chain already on the topic but in short: lack of accurate tracking information, lack of fulfillment in advertised window, lack of problem solving or communication on the part of customer service, unprofessional shipping company used (they damaged our retaining wall). It was quite the ordeal all in all. The products themselves are fine enough except that one arrived molded over which means storage logistics are questionable.

I ordered sheets which would have arrived too late- we cancelled order but my credit card was still charged.
