Paid for 1 day express shipping. Took multiple days

I wasn't thrilled to get the first and only update about my delivery the evening before it would arrive. Not sure why orders can't be tracked with the opportunity to influence delivery date. And, the delivery folks didn't bring the furniture up to our room where it's needed and now I have to find a solution to get them up our stairs since they are too heavy to do it ourselves.

Sheets are not as soft as I would hope. Also wish they were a little longer.

I was not satisfied with the quality of the product. The Egyptian cotton is very thin. I was expecting a heavier, more high quality cotton product.

I did not sign up for any kind of correspondence whatsoever being texted or emailed with your advertising garbage. I have bought two mattresses that I was very happy with but I have received countless numbers of advertising that I have asked specifically do not f****** give them to me. I have repeatedly asked for them to be stopped. And when I ordered the mattresses and through all my correspondence have specifically asked that I do not receive any kind of correspondence. And you repeatedly keep sending me s***. I will no longer be buying mattresses from you as long as you keep sending me f****** garbage. I need to buy three more mattresses and I will be going elsewhere to places that won't keep sending me garbage specifically when I have told them not to.

J'ai acheté une couverture lestée très dispendieuse en ligne, mais la couleur n'est pas fidèle aux images de votre site web. La couleur "Avoine" paraissait beaucoup plus "tan" et neutre que ce que j'ai reçu qui est jaune/beige et ne s'agence pas du tout avec mon mobilier.Ma seconde insatisfaction vient du fait qu'il m'est impossible d'aller voir les couleurs de tissus en boutique, n'ayant trouvé aucun point de vente qui ne tienne les couvertures lestées à Montréal.
