Only 1 package out of 3 tree was shipped. The headboard and mattress cover are still at the warehouse. I only received the rails and footboard.

Still haven't gotten my product after I received a text yesterday saying it would be delivered. Wish I had an estimated time of arrival, as we told our 3 year old they were getting a super cooolll new bed yesterday and now they are let down and asking about it about once every few hours.

I am still missing an item on my order. But I did received all packages associated to my order number. I try to call several time, but was never able to talk to someone. I wrote an email, I got an answer not answering my request and I had no news since.

Some of my order was delivered in good time. One piece has not been delivered and I have had a hard time finding out where it is and the tracking does not update. Company is not easy to communicate with.

Pretty much all good just surprised that for a Canadian company you charge an extra $20 (in the fine print) to deliver to the Yukon which is part of Canada but you will still deliver for free to the US.

The actual customer service was great but my duvet arrived very quickly but it has what looks like grease stains/marks on it. I washed it and they didn’t come off! I didn’t bother complaining because it will always be covered but it made me think that I got a returned duvet or a defect one.

Overall good experience, but bought this item as a Christmas present, and the box came with a big picture of the product on the outside with description in large font. My wife was the one who accepted the package, ruining the gift. Probably worth it to consider your packaging this time of year

The box was dropped in the rain at our back door. We got in and then tried to figure out how to get it upstairs. The box was damaged and wet and not an option. We took the mattress out of the box. There were no handles in the plastic. We created a rope handle and proceeded to get it upstairs the stairs where we left it for several days before we could even think about unwrapping it. After we got our heads around it we then used the tool provided and easily got it out and on the frame. The mattress is fine. We have only slept on it for a week and no issues with it.
