I wanted to order an RV mattress, and the website showed that you did custom sizes. I called because I had a couple questions, after answering my questions they took my order, charged my card and then called back to inform me that you no longer do the custom. I asked that since it still showed on the website could they not honour the order but the response was no.

I saw an add today that if I bought a mattress I would get 50 percent off sheets. I asked about a deal and this was not an option .

I have yet to try the product however the salesperson in the store seemed like he wanted to be anywhere but there. He had no real interest in answering my questions or assisting me with an issue I had. He did not care at all about even a basic level of customer service or representing the company well. Just completely apathetic.

Topper did not work out and the customer return experience is not ideal.
