Proactively informed me that my purchase would be further delayed, more than doubling the expected wait time. Providing customers who’ve had to wait with good will incentives or provisions.

L'inventaire en ligne n'est pas la bonne. C'est dis "in stock"quand c'est back order avec aucun suivi une fois la commande passé. Il m'a fallu contacter le service à la clientèle pour qu'on me mettre au parfum que ma commande va prendre 3 sem au lieu des 2 à 4 jours promis lors de la prise de commande qui était supposément en inventaire. Trés déçu. Toujours aucune nouvelle de ma commande à part que l'on m'offre de me rembourser. Un rabais pour mauvais service serait de mise....

The mattress came with a rip in it - documented the experience and has taken over 5 days to hear back. Terrible experience would much rather deal with a company like Endy where customer service is fast and direct - will be my last time buying or promoting silk and snow

The duvet cover should be larger. I find the comforter swished in the cover.
