The first salesperson did not seem interested in assisting us and gave us very little attention. As visible minorities, the interaction left us wondering whether we were being treated differently from other customers. Fortunately, the second salesperson took the time to help us, answer our questions, and provide excellent service. Thanks to her professionalism and attention, we felt comfortable making our purchase and ultimately bought the product.

The shipment of the mattress and sheets were delivered to the wrong address. The homeowner tried to phone silk and snow for 3 days and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Luckily my cell number was on an invoice so they messaged me to let me know. So they delivered everything to my house.

Liked the showroom, cleanliness and layout. The sales rep was condescending. Whenever we asked a question or confirming something he said, he had an impatient tone and would either say “like I said…” or “it’s right there written on the display…”. We ultimately decided to purchase a mattress, but the only doubt was whether we wanted to give him the sale.

Your delivery service options are poor. I am a designer and needed the bed delivered into the house not drop shipped up in muskoka where no one is at the cottage. Not a good service especially when there is no other option.

The mattresses are great but the delivery was a bit of a gong show. I was not told that part of the shipment had been back ordered for six months. It was finally shipped with a different company and I had to spend several days hunting it down. I ended up going from one shipping company to another looking for it.

Customer service was almost non-existent (Caledonia Ave. location) When I went to the showroom on a previous occasion it was a completely different experience with 2 very personable women who greeted and spoke to me as one would expect a salesperson to do. Tis time the man who greeted me said hello and not a lot else. My questions were answered with one word replies. He appeared to have very little interest in the products, or selling them. It was somewhat disconcerting and disappointing. Just thought I'd let you know since you asked. Thank you.
