The product is of great quality, however the colour matching from one purchase to the next is always different. And that is when you buy the same colour. This has happened for both my towel purchase as well as my duvet cover with shams

1. Delivery was delayed requiring me to take action and bring it to your attention.2. Your chatbot is terrible. Try using AI to monitor your shipper’s compliance rather than regurgitating your website and making me explain the problem three times.

Better customer service from the sales Representative. We were attended by two people. The white guy was a great sales representative very attentive and friendly. He answered all our questions. The Indian guy was terrible sales representative. He answered some questions then went on his sell most of the time. We ended up speaking with the other guy instead of him.

Ordering and delivery was fine.

The sheets do not fit my mattress. They fit prior to the first wash, but even with following the wash and dryer instructions, there was significant shrinkage of the fitted sheet, top sheets and pillow cases.Less shrinkage please! Or increase the size to accommodate the shrinkage, may also sell sheets based on mattress depth. Mine is quite standard.

It would have been nice if you adhered to your shipping guidelines and didn't constantly lie to me.

The communication about the delivery was very poor. And the delivery itself was terrible. You’re delivering a sofa, not an amazon package. It was pouring rain and the deliverer you employed left 12 very large boxes in our driveway. Soaking wet. Terrible service.
