Took so long to receive my order and missing piece

I placed my order on December 7th and have yet to receive the item. I have called twice and also emailed twice. I understand that my order was placed during a successful Black Friday sale and as a result, my order was affected by a depleted supply. I was quoted a restock January 13th-January 28th. On January 10th, I checked the website and to my surprise, the item was labeled as in stock and ready to ship. I sent a message requesting an update on my order. On January 15th I checked the website and the item showed out of stock with an anticipated restock date range of mid-February. I followed up with a phone call and spoke with Savannah. Savannah was very friendly and professional and offered to look into the matter for me and stated she would follow up with me via email by the end of the day. Meanwhile, Ian responded to my email inquiry from the 10th. Ian noted a discrepancy that occurred in the stock levels and the Operations Team quoted a restock for January 28th. A few hours later, Savannah followed up as she stated she would and also notated the discrepancy and the Operations Team quoted her a restock for February 19th-25th. I replied back to Ian and requested a change in color and and priority fulfillment. I have yet to receive a response or shipping notification. I once again called back yesterday, January 18th, and unfortunately did not catch a name. I also checked online and the product was showing in stock and ready to ship once again. I summarized the events as I have here with the customer service representative and stated I just want the blanket I ordered. If the color is truly not in stock despite what is showing online, please move forward with shipping the other color. I was again told they would look into but i have not received any follow up. I am disappointed with how this has played out and the conflicting information I have received. Especially with the misleading notion that the item is in stock according to the website. Why continue to accept orders for a product that I am being told is really not in stock? This continues to create a back log of orders and at what point do I receive priority fulfillment for an order placed almost two months ago. I use the email feature and it takes more than 72 hours for a response. I call and state “I just want a blanket” and “I’ll take the other color that is in stock according”… yet routinely get told “We’ll look into this for you and get back to you.” Which just continues to prolong the matter. At this point I want an immediate refund and I will take my business elsewhere.

I’m disappointed with how my case was handled on the online chat. I originally ordered the storage bed frame in Cloud. I was then emailed after I placed the order and was told it was out of stock and on back order in that colour, so I proceeded with the colour Dune as the bed frame wouldn’t be delivered until later in January. When I received my bed frame I was not happy with the colour so I wanted to exchange it for the original colour I wanted. I was told I can return it and rebuy it but the original price I paid would not be honoured. I bought it during the boxing week sale and when I was on the chat it was still on sale just not the same sale. It was a $45 difference at the end or the day. Not to mention I would have had to pay to return it as well which when I looked online at FedEx it would cost over $400. I feel like if your customers are not 100% satisfied you should do more to help, yet there was no help or alternative offered in this situation which is extremely disappointing.

I ordered the Cal king size fitted sheets hoping I would have extra room to fit on my mattress. It just barely fits…I bought my mattress from silk and snow. I’m not impressed. But had no choice to keep it…the elastic around the fitted sheets are very loose and gives way!
