I love the bed frame, but I’ve only received half of my order so I’m unable to put it together and actually use it.

The site was bugging the day of the command that we had to pass 3 times and 2 of those said that it didnt work. And we receive three ok the same items so all those three has worked.

Two of my items (order 3037735) never showed up. I emailed twice and even phone Silk and Snow. They could never give me an answer when it will be shipped. I told them I am leaving on holiday 15 Dec till 5 Jan 2026. I don’t want the items delivered then. They just could not care. Told me to speak to FEDEX. What service is that? Also when our mattress showed up the box was damaged and soaking wet at the bottom? First time I bought from Silk and Snow but would not recommend your company to our friends. I made a big purchase and you were quick to take my money. But afterwards I felt that I could not get a straight answer from your company. I order mid Nov and still 2 items missing.

Mattress arrived damaged. I’m more than 2 weeks into trying to get it replaced or refunded with zero response from silk and snow that’s not automated

The website is really bad. It is extremely slow to load (not a connectivity issue) and whatever product configuration app you’re using is trash. The checkout was also almost unusable. When I attempted to confirm the order it threw an error saying that there may be an issue with my order, but to check my email first before trying to place the order again… and sure enough the order was confirmed. You guys should have stuck with Shopify.

Your sales person in store was unable to provide basic information about your products. And he subsequently made mistakes in creating the order, especially in relation to the delivery date.
