I received the ottoman and did not receive the couch. I received no communication about the couch until I reached out to find out it was actually not in stock and wouldn’t be until mid March. Then I called and asked for my options. The customer service agent was very unhelpful and couldn’t answer any of my questions. Then instead of sending me my options, I received notice that I was receiving a different item without my consent or approval. Which I still haven’t received. Very disappointed in this experience and regardless of the quality of the item, I will never order from this company again.

My product has been delayed and there was zero offer to rectify or correct the situation. I have purchased multiple items and am unlikely to purchase anything in the future.

Going through the return process because my wife is allergic to the blanket. Its been since January 15 that I started the return process and still haven't received a return label.

I’ve made two purchases the first one, I’ve never gotten any updates on my order and after 3 weeks I still haven’t received my order. So I reached out to customer service and apparently it was discontinued and I never gotten any updates for it and after I reached out then it refunded me. Second purchase same thing… it was discontinued and I never gotten any update or refund until I reached out. It was very disappointing and if it was discontinued why don’t just take it off the site? Why still accepting orders do that product?

The quality of the bed frame is not as good as I would have hoped. Also thought, based on your website, that it was Canadian made. It’s comparable to Structube , which is about 60% of your costs. Not impressed.I’d return the item but am so busy that I don’t want to deal with the hassle of organizing shipping.Given these factors, I’d likely not buy from Silk and Snow again.
