When I placed the order, I was told the item was in stock. However, it has now been two months without delivery, and I did not receive any notification about the stock shortage. I only received an explanation after contacting you myself. I found this process a bit disappointing and I would have appreciated more proactive communication.

I still haven't received the entire order. Also, the headboard was very difficult to assemble since the pillow was almost too big for the cover.

I would give a 0 if I could. This is the 3rd time, I’ve had to request the parcel re route back, as I told your company 3 times the shipper you use does not come my area. I was told it would be delivered by a Different service.

upsetting that the back order date was pushed back and especially so far. makes mequestion if i should be cancelling my order. feels shady that i didn’t receive any correspondence regarding the back in stock date being pushed months back/that the original due back in stock date wouldn’t be fulfilled.

Ordered a comforterWaited for it to come for 3 weeks, messaged about it and they told me it was out of stock. Wished I would have known sooner as it’s been a month and I still don’t have one for a hospital bed we have at home.Ordered a duvet from a site in the US received it within a week.

Product is taking way too long to get here. Much longer than what was stated in my initial email. It’s been well over a Month, heard great things about silk and snow from friends but not sure that I will order again.
