The bed is awful it squeaks like crazy just climbing in and out. I threw away the box immediately after assembling the bed….its a a bed from a well respected brand. Why keep the box as a result Sil and Snow won’t take it back :-(

The product has not even shipped, so far as I know. I did not receive an invoice or confirmation of my purchase by email. I assume it is coming? The company was quck to process my payment.

I didn't realize that the holes would be that large that my toes would get entangled in them and now I'll have to buy another blanket to keep myself warme

My rate is a four, I wanted to make note that it would be nice to have an option of a little bit wider blanket so that it fits nice on a king bed. I like the feel/weight of the blanket, looking for about 4” wider so that it works comfortably for a king bed with 2 people.

Why are you asking me for a review when I haven’t received the product? It’s not even been shipped yet

I’m sad to have to rate this low and it may change a bit depending on the outcome of one of my issues (re: Warranty Claim). Overall, we are happy with our new bed, the upgraded bedding package and the Egyptian cotton duvet covers we purchased. It is comfortable, breathable and functions well. One thing I was unpleasantly surprised about was the shipping/delivery situation. It’s ridiculous to me that shipping is outsourced to companies that don’t allow scheduled delivery and may or may not provide the option for a required signature upon delivery. People work for a living and the possibility of a $6,000+ purchase could be just left on your lawn (if you’re not there) is risky to say the least! These items are VERY heavy and to market Silk and Snow as a high end product without the option of at least having help to move the pieces into your bedroom definitely lowers the bar. My biggest complaint is how the warranty claim, that I had to make on our very first day, was responded to! We carefully unpacked the mattresses, using only the tool provided to remove the plastic. While one mattress inflated, two seams split. One on the bottom edge and one on the top edge. The one on the top was big enough to see the components inside. I called and spoke to Jessica, who was very helpful in sending me the warranty claim form and explaining how to document with photos. I took photos of the two split seams, the tag and a photo showing that the mattress is on a Silk and Snow adjustable base. Jessica advised that I should still use the mattress, while I wait for my claim to be processed, in case I’m not happy with my choice and want to replace with a different one. This claim seemed like a “no brainer”. Split seams are specifically listed as an item covered under warranty. A simple google search will explain how a split seams can affect the integrity of the mattress and get worse over time. My claim was denied and I was told it was a cosmetic issue. It most certainly is NOT and this response is completely unacceptable and frankly lazy! The split seam on the top edge has already gotten worse as it just happens to be where the mattress bends when the base is raised, but even if it weren’t in that spot, I am still completely floored by the response. I have already responded with more photos documenting what it looks like now and what it looks like when the base is raised. I’m very disappointed and hope this will be rectified promptly.
