Absolutely no communication post purchase. No we received your order. No we're getting your orderready to ship. No we have shipped your order. Thought for a while it was a scam website.

The delivery was delayed and I do not like my mattress at all. I have had consistently the worst sleep in this mattress and I will be returning it

My order is in waiting because the product is back order. I would have liked a compensation. I still don't know when I'll get it.

The blanket was very much an "industrial" feel and style and did not go with my decor.

On your website the modular sofa says “in stock and ready to ship” so I purchased it thinking it would be here in a week or so. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t received a tracking email. I called customer service who tells me this sofa has been back ordered for months and I should have got an email telling me that. I didn’t receive an email and they also couldn’t even tell me when it would arrive, so now I’m without a couch for who knows how long. Your website should be updated to reflect your actual stock as right now it’s showing a lie. I wouldn’t have purchased it if I had known

Your product are the worst, they break and you hide the reviews in your website, trying to hide the truth from other people. Such a dishonest company.

I’m really disappointed with these sheets. They feel extremely rough — almost like being wrapped in a piece of cardboard. I was hoping for something soft and comfortable, but this is the complete opposite. Definitely not what I expected from Silk & Snow.
