Made my purchase. Received no confirmation. Contacted a week still have heard nothing. Purchased October 6 today is 20th. Have I bought a mattress of have I been scammed out of $200 how the fuck would I know?

I will see your customer service team is absolutely wonderful. I had ordered my product on October 5th, was notified it was shipped on the 6th and should be at my house within 24 to 48 hours. Unfortunately it is now October 19 and I have not received my order. The customer service team has helped me locate at least where it is and have let me know. It should be here on the 21st. I’m disappointed as I made this decision to buy a mattress and I needed it quickly.

Experience was great on prompt delivery of mattress and bedding 2 weeks ago, yet still no ordered bed frame and no updates, even after a placed desperate call for said update! What should I do with a bed with no frame, sleep on the floor? Really wanted to give full star review but obviously I am stranded. Please fix this as I was charged for the missing item, makes it hard to recommend. Sad

The assembly has screw holes incorrectly placed for center support, so we're still waiting for a handyman to drill the holes. The upholstery is dented, and the foam failed to correct/expand after sitting, making it look unsightly.

Order was pending some items at the final shipper and I had to call to get that information and get the order delivery scheduled.
