My order was delivered to the wrong address. Going by the house photo on the delivery company website we tracked our package down and retrieved it ourselves. Delivery company to blame here not Silk and Snow.

the items I bought were not in stock, I assumed I would not be charged until the item was shipped but I did get charged... and now I get 2 or 3 email a day pumping ads... it got old very fast

I asked about shipping and whether or not there is any guarantee for delivery. And but of the sales people in the store cannot answer my question. Instead of saying they dont know, or that they will try to look it up, they gave me some BS roundabout answer that does not even answer my question.

I purchased 2 weeks ago and I have recieved no updates on my order. When I order the item (couch) said it would be back in stock on Oct 6 so I expected a notification at that time to let me know when I could expect the delivery of my couch. I still have not heard anything. I have reached out to your customer service and I still have not heard anything back.
