Good product, but absolutely irritating to ask about sales and receive a dishonest answer, with two major discounts offered within one week of my purchase. May not recommend to others on this basis alone.

I ordered my mattress over 2 weeks ago and was promise 2-4 business days to ship. Why I chose your Canadian company over others . And no one from your can actually tell me where it is. I hope you are an actual real company. Honestly I feel like I have been had.

There was a delay for the shipment. My bed frame has not been shipped while I placed order two weeks ago. The shipment label was created several times but the bed frame was not shipped.

I never received my product and customer service has been awful

I recently purchased the item "Nara Wooden Dresser - 6-Drawer, Natural“ from your website. The item came weighing at 190 pounds in the cardboard packaging. While I appreciate the attention to detail and the pre-assembly, I knew this was impossible to carry into my home on just my own strength. When the package was delivered to my home, I wasn't there to answer the door.Later in the day when I returned home, I had to pay $350 separately for other movers to bring it up the stairs.

More proactivity from the customer service representatives when there was an issue with my order would have been helpful. I felt as though I was the one who was having to follow up and ask for updates during the return process.

The sheets are too wrinkled after washing & drying.

Shipping was quick, but the website was a bit slow and difficult to navigate. Also, the quality of the stitching on the pillowcase I purchased is not very good, and has started to come undone after only a couple days of use
