Always sending brand new items when someone purchases. We are not happy with our expensive product.

The materials are fantastic, I love the feel and colour but the sheets do not stay on the bed.

The sheets were a premium price but I don't feel that they are any softer or cooler then a cheap set at walmart

Received damaged product

Order hasn’t shipped yet despite being advertised as in stock on the website. Estimated delayed delivery (which may be further delayed yet) is over a month after the item was ordered. It’s lucky that I ordered a headboard - what if I had ordered a mattress or bed frame and had to do without one for months? At the very least, a refund option should be offered. While I appreciated the apology email, I am ultimately dissatisfied by this process and experience.

The headboard which sits only with pressure between the bed and the wall is not very stable. It doesn't sit flush with the bed frame so it looks weird from the side of the bed. And whenever you make the bed, the headboard falls on the floor. Similarly, if you have to move the bed for any reason it also falls. I will have to find a solution to attach the headboard to the frame somehow. I would have preferred if there was some sort of bracket that was included to connect the frame with the headboard.

Just been using the bed for 2 weeks and having a hard time sleeping through the night. haven't adjusted yet and never had any issues before.

Uncomfortable and definitely not stain resistant

Wood pieces do not match perfect.

Refund me for the mattress that was a defect immediately.When I bought it goes through immediately. Refund has been a week and still waiting.
