The material is not as soft as I thought it would be. Seams just as cheap quality as something I could get on Amazon.

I was ignored after multiple emails about my poor quality order.

You could have included the all of the correct legs with the bed frame. Then when we told you could could have not made us fill out a warranty form, then you could have contacted us after we submitted the form. Then you could have contacted us when you said you were going to. Then you could have actioned the replacement without us having to call to get something done. Then you could have had parts accessible so you could have replaced 1 of the 2 left legs for the bed frame and not have us have to wait until some time on September for 1 leg even though you claim we could try to figure out how to get the frame back in the box so you could sent a new frame when you could probably open the box of the new frame that you seem to have on hand to send us the correct legs and then replace the leg from the new fram with a new part when you have them accessible.It's cost us time and money that we shouldn't have had to spend all because I wanted to support a canadian business that apparently has the replacement parts ship out of New Jersey.... if they had them.I would have given a 1 but the matress is okay. Good news is you likely won't have to deal with me again after this is fixed as you've pretty much locked in a detractor :)Next decision for me is if I want to post this in a public review as the link below seems to suggest

The bed frame we bought was structurally terrible. The wood and look of it is beautiful, but it doesn’t hold weight and the middle beam cracked. It was wobbly, and overall just not something I’d want to keep for years to come.

I ordered the Percale sheets with the desire to get a luxury hotel feel. The sheets are okay. They are fairly thin (you can see through them), and I'm hoping they will continue to soften and also hold up long enough to make them feel worth it. It's a balance of price and quality, so I think overall, for the reasonable price, they are decent quality.Also in my previous order, the top flat sheet of my Misty Rose Egyptian Cotton sheets arrived with marks/stains on it. I was very disappointed to receive something new that has stains.
