The shipping was opaque and not that useful. I even called to find out when the was going to arrive. And delivery of large, heavy items to apartment buildings should really be to the door.For additional context, we also order an item from Structube; this was fast, transparent, and to the door.

The sheets started pulling and are horrible to sleep on. I’m very disappointed in the quality.

Shipments arrived on 3 different days - I’m lucky to be able to work from home but most people can’t, do you expect people to take 3days off work to receive these shipments?

Unfortunately, the plush towels, which were positioned as a luxury alternative to the Brooklinen brand were nowhere near the same quality.

Staff was not knowledgeable about the material. They told me it was from Italy, when I know it’s actually from Portugal.You messed up my in store purchase and something that wasn’t in stock and was to be shipped.I have no idea how- considering they asked and recorded my shipping address and assured me it would be shipped out in a timely matter. It was only when I called ( and was kept on hold for longer than expected) that i caught the issue, and rectified it myself. Meg was your employee that fixed what the showroom employees messed up.
