The box came pretty beat up. For such an expensive mattress I wasn’t expecting it to be delivered, opened and damaged

Higher quality, sturdier.

More transparent shipping information would be great. Also would be great if you could make it easier to locate the order info page

Case did not have desired effect on hair, which still looked like birds nest upon wakingAlso very small box shipped in 10x13 in larger box. Waste of material & shipping charges.

The headboard piece broke when trying to put together the frame and I contacted silk and snow with pictures to explain the issue and a few days later after making me fill out another warranty paperwork still don't have a response on weather the broken piece will be replaced and when. I could have easily just returned the frame but was trying to resolve the issue as I was interested in keeping it.

Deliveries came separately meaning we had large boxes stored in the house while we waited for the second delivery. The second item came heavily damaged from tears in the box that went through to items on the bed, as well as stains on the white upholstery. The bed was also very complicated to construct, way harder than Ikea furniture. We have also submitted a claim about the damaged pieces and have yet to hear back and it's long after the suggested time.

I’m still waiting for 1/3 bed boxes, mattress and 2 pillows to arrive.

shipping was horrible, tracking number wasn't descriptive nor was it updated. was supposed to deliver monday, then after a shipping accident, wedneday. finally didn't deliver until friday when we intervened with the shipping company. lack of communication is the issue here, accidents happen.

Did not find sheets felt good even after a couple of washess. Not cooling for me. I have purchased less expensive sheets but thought I would spend a bit more quality

Came with broken pieces
