My purchase arrived damaged, the delivery person didn’t even want to bring it into my house, he wanted to leave it on the sidewalk and it’s been a week and I haven’t heard back regarding my claim for the damaged goods

You didn't deliver the bed and frame to my door, you only brought it to the building. Worse service ever for a furniture company. No other furniture company has been so lazy and sloppy with the delivery. When I complained online to and agent, they said someone would reach out. Of course, that didn't happen.

The call receivers were very nice but I received a lot of different answers to my questions both on the phone and by email. The item availability ranged from unavailable to availability for some of my items then different items to unavailable again. I asked for a refund which did go through but not without confusing email. Also, my order number changed without any explanation. Communication was a big issue. Hope this email will help to steer quality of service towards these problems. Thx.
