The shipping took way too long and the sheet is waaaay too big and sloppy looking

The colour I ordered was discontinued after part of the order was delivered.

I was hoping to find more of a difference in our firm mattress to make us more comfortable, but it doesn’t make much of a difference.

I have not received the e-mail confirmation that the item was delivered and we were away. It looks like the package disappeared.

Considering it is only a small showroom, I had to flag down a salesman to ask some questions about the product ability. He did not seem to have the answer and had to stand there and look it up on his phone. Obviously, he had not been trained on any of the merchandise.

I had purchased over$ 600 worth of bedding for a Christmas present and in return you sent me an email with a $25 off coupon to use with my next purchase- very nice!! However…there was no expiry date so tried to use it during this purchase and was told the coupon was no longer valid. I was very disappointed but needed to make the purchase.

I ordered a bed frame January 10th and still have not gotten it. We are currently January 25 and not a single update. I am VERY disappointed and not satisfied.My order number is 3130302

Product still hasn’t shipped and have not been able to ascertain why or when it will ship.

The mattress was described as firm, but it is rather soft.
