I wrote you guys on the 20th of January regarding a major default of the bedframe upon delivery, and I have not heard back yet. The bed looks lovely and if it was received in good condition it would have been perfect (sturdy, stylish, ease of assembly, no sound !) Thank you in advance for a quick follow up

Sadly the towels we ordered were due to be back in stock Jan 17-26 which was understandable. They’ve now been back in stock for over a week and we’ve yet to hear an update on that. We had planned to order sheets but now fear we’ll be left in the same situation.

I really hate the pieces I got.They’re so poorly made. And the finish is ugly. When I contact a customer service for advice on how I might refinish or paint the items I got nowhere.I am proud of all the furniture I have in my home, these stick out like a sore thumb.

Silk and Snow advertising makes it look like no equipment is required to build the bed but tha wasn't true.In addition delivery details were bad - I live in a condo and need to give a heads up to my concierge but didn't have that information
