Part of my order is missing

Was shipped the wrong size duvet cover and was not even offered a 10% discount upon re ordering the correct size as well a few other expensive items.

The sheets are way too big for a 12 inch mattress. Also, the fabric is not soft whatsoever.

I still have not received my purchase. Excessively long delivery time.

My purchase arrived damaged, the delivery person didn’t even want to bring it into my house, he wanted to leave it on the sidewalk and it’s been a week and I haven’t heard back regarding my claim for the damaged goods

You didn't deliver the bed and frame to my door, you only brought it to the building. Worse service ever for a furniture company. No other furniture company has been so lazy and sloppy with the delivery. When I complained online to and agent, they said someone would reach out. Of course, that didn't happen.
