Bed arrived damaged, process to return and replace mattress was convoluted and frustrating.

I’m not super happy with the bed frame. First, there was no pre-drilled hole in the frame to screw in the center piece. 2 - it took some finagling with the frame pieces to fit in the slats correctly; they didn’t fit after screwing the frame pieces together completely so we had to take them as part again, loosen them a bit and squeeze in the slats. 3 - There is a gap between the frame and mattress. It looks odd and especially looks strange when against the wall where the pillows lay…I didn’t realize until now that there is such a thing as a triangular gap pillow for this reason. But why should I have to buy an additional item.

The mattress is soft the way my wife wanted it but she has had a hard time getting used to without waking up in pain. We got a topper for it which will hopefully help her.

I want to return my package, but they’re taking a long time letting me return. I don’t need to talk about pleasantries and all this other stuff how you doing and how safe am I? I just simply would’ve returned the package to get a refund simple as that you’re not my family member so I’m not interested in telling you about my personal life.
