My purchase was delayed then when I did get it , yesterday, the shams are two different colors. I wanted them to match the coverlet that I purchased but they did not. I will be returning them.

Still hasn't shipped (label created two weeks ago but then never actually shipped) for over two weeks now. Reached out to customer service and no response for over a day.

Received the wrong item, reached out 4 times never heard from anyone then finally did and they where suppose to send me a label to send back and then send me my correct item and it never happen

2 orders cancelled, each after several days, caused by stocks levels not accurate. The second order was placed with custumer support, clearly, it is difficult for inside to know what to sell.

I never received my package and my email was never responded to.

The call receivers were very nice but I received a lot of different answers to my questions both on the phone and by email. The item availability ranged from unavailable to availability for some of my items then different items to unavailable again. I asked for a refund which did go through but not without confusing email. Also, my order number changed without any explanation. Communication was a big issue. Hope this email will help to steer quality of service towards these problems. Thx.

I am trying to cancel " memership" and having no luck

It would be easier to find a store that sells your product rather then have to measure ourselves choosing a size, buy it, have it deliver and it doesn’t fit!🫤so you have to send it back and get a refund!😡

Better quality product. The bed creaks anytime you move in bed. The middle support legs keep getting crooked even when we don't intentionally move the bed.
