I purchased the things gsm duvet alternative filling. While it's exactly what I wanted in a duvet, thin and easy to clean in the washing machine, a lot of the fibres are escaping from the parimiter of the duvet so I have white fibres on the floor, on the bed etc. I also feel like it sleeps quite hot like I'm sweating about at nite

Quicker communication, quicker resolution of the many shipping mistakes and incorrect/broken parts.

Had lots of issues with the delivery

Shipping was a complete mess. Tracking information didn't work, there was an issue with how you shipped the product and there was no communication about the delay. Even when I was in contact with customer service representatives I still had to continuously reach out for status updates. I ended up having to contact and create a service ticket with the shipping agent myself

Never received shipping information, had to write an email to clients service, no news of the shipping since. For a 1,2k$ order, its really weak client experience and communication. Still dont know when my order will arrive by the way, even not an estimation.

I am trying to cancel " memership" and having no luck

I ordered a bedframe and headboard. The bedframe came in, but no sign of the headboard and no communication from silk and snow

Ordering and shipping was fantastic but the product is not so nice.

We have yet to even receive the bed. We have yet to receive notification that it has been shipped.

Bed frame was received with multiple pieces damaged. A complaint was made to the warranty form two weeks ago and nothing has been heard back. Warranty form said reply’s take 2-3 business days.
