Disappointed with the sheets—perhaps expectations were too high given high rating. I don’t find them very soft—not nearly as soft as all other brands I have bought.

Took over a month and they had no idea what was shipped or where anything was. Buying towels and bath matts should not be this hard or unpleasant. I will never purchase from you again

The quality of the bed is terrible. The drawer needs to be on tracks to work properly and requires a much larger magnet to stay closed.

I ordered a bed and bed sheets on july 25th, sais it was shipped on July 31st but never got any news since. Called the shipper and said they never received the items. Called Silk&Snow and said they would look into it but never got back to me. Unreliable service and delivery.

Unhappy about not being able to return a comforter, was able to get money back, but having to prove I donated it was just silly. This would keep me from buying again.
