The Color on your website looked lovely and grey. The one I recieve has a lot of blue in it and does not match anything in my bedroom. Iam considering bleaching it to make it lighter because I threw the packaging away.

Shipping took 3 weeks even though it said in stockThen only half of the bed arrivedAfter phone calls to company they managed to find the rest and sent the next day but still an inconvenienceThen putting bed together we found that the screws that went into headboard from base frame were not long enough. Had to swap out with support rail leg screws and that worked

I was disappointed that my $50 gift certificate wasn’t honored, even though it had no expiry date. I was told that because I had purchased a mattress and then returned it using the gift certificate previously, I could not redeem it now. Also, the delivery of my mattress on the last occasion was far too long.

The rep was lovely, polite but I found her solution a bit odd and not helpful after I tried it. It really doesn’t resolve my issue and I want to order more pillow covers but am hesitant due to the size differences

By sending a product that is not damaged.

The shipment was late. The box for the mattresss was severely damaged which made it hard to bring into the house. The mattress delivery was left in the middle of our driveway in the rain. The second part of our shipment was the bonus sheet at was delivered a week later so we were not able to use the mattress and when we did open it sheet set was missing.

The bolts were too short for the headboard or the threaded inserts were not long enough. We could not put together the bed. We now have a 1/2 put together bed and no room for a matress. Unfortunately all hardware stores were closed for the long weekend and now we will have to sleep elsewhere. Additionally, some of the bolts were pushing the threaded inserts out which made for alot more tinkering around to get the bolts tight.

S&S Storage Bed Frame King.Two issues with the set up. In Step 3, Headboard B now has a reinforcement plate. The holes for the bolts at the back are too close to the reinforcement plate to use the Ratchet for the final tightening.In Step 8, the four Medium Bolts (D) are too short to secure the headboard end of each centre support beam to the holes in the headboard.

I ordered at night and I messaged the following morning to cancel my order but it was already shipped. Although customer assistant was friendly, she was not able to cancel my order. When the mattress arrived, the box was dirty and had many holes on it. My mattress pad also had a brown stain on it

I we purchased a product with a stated delivery date and notification date of tracking information.Both were incorrect, and were told mistakes were made in counting inventory and this the product would ship weeks/months later.
