Hello,Yes, the biggest issue I had was assembly. I’ve built lots of furniture over the years, and lots of pieces with my current home as I move in.None were as difficult as this bed to assemble. The holes often didn’t line up, required extremely awkward angles and the use of a tool vs regular screw driver or drill.The middle support rail screws were also too short to catch the thread. Worked perfectly without the middle support rail. I ended up going to Home Depot for custom hardware which worked just fine.

We had problems with railings. No one answered your phone & in email, you didn’t get back to me for 48 hours. Not the customer experience I was expecting. I thought you would have done better.

The bedframe still hasn’t shown up

It was difficult to order! The website promotion didn't work, I had to call customer service, who directed me to email support so they could set up an online cart. I emailed support, told them what I wanted to purchase, and didn't hear back for days. When I followed up, they apologized for the delay, and again asked me what I wanted to purchase, although it was in the email below. I had to again ask to purchase the items. It was really difficult to make a purchase, considering I was spending over $1500.

Shipping was great - quick and free. Shopping experience was good. But towels feel cheap and thin. Not what I was expecting.

One of my items is broken and I have contacted customer service but no one responds.

My shipments did not come together - I didn’t receive tracking information for the second delivery so I could not be there to receive the package. When I raised the issue the team was very understanding but slow to resolve. I have been without a proper bed frame for weeks.

Il y a un trou dans le matelas. Il y a une couture qui n'a pas été faite et on voit l'intérieur du matelas. Il était dit qu'il faudrait 5 jours pour la livraison et qu'on sera averti par le transporteur, or c'est arrivé plus tôt, sans qu'on n'en soit informé et nous n'étions pas là lors de la livraison.

Uncomfortable

The sheets are big and loose and shiny. Not sure we are enjoying them. Better to have llbean.
