Silk & Snow shipped three items with NO ADDRESS on them. This created confusion and delays and extra legwork. Frankly, instead of a seamless transaction, Silk & Snow turned out to be a total pain!

Ordering and receiving my silk & snow duvet covers and sham set was really quick, easy and exciting, but it was a big purchase I’ve been saving up for (because I love my silk & snow sheets that I was gifted last Christmas). However, as soon as I first washed my duvet cover and sham set the fabric already had discolouration from 1 wash. I thought it was just dampness but still hasn’t gone away or washed off. I’m sad that the colour of the fabric wasn’t as I expected and perhaps should have saved up for one of the more expensive duvet sets that wouldn’t do this.
