Dl8very in a turned into 5 weeks. There was a mix up at S&S warehouse. S&S kept saying wait longer and blaming the delivery company. We were on constant contact with Customer Service but no sense of urgency from anywhere else in the company. Finally got the delivery only to find a broken piece. Rather than courier for next day delivery it took another week, passing through 3 says of hands each with a 2 day SLA. Brutal service. Still negotiating compensation.

The mattress was opened and had black marks on front and back. I emailed and received a response back. When I respond to that email I comes back undelivered each time. I called and spoke to someone a week ago and was told I would receive a call back. I have not heard anything. The mattress is comfortable however purchasing a brand new mattress to have it arrived with marks that won't come off it not acceptable.

Placed an order and it took a month to find out it has been discontinued only after I inquired . This is a bundle order and you sent me one piece which I now have to return.

It hasn’t been too long now and some spots and starting to wear and they are super wrinkly. I think it’s called pilling to best describe it.
