I have not bought 3 bed frames and night stands. While the bed frames look good, what I am disappointed was one of the headboards was broken and won't fit anymore, but someone had tried to put glue to stick it and send it my way. How can a glued product even fit into the frame. Now I have unfinished bed sitting and waiting for the remaining parts to come.

I placed an order in time for Christmas delivery. Some days later I received an email telling me that the item was out of stock and would be delivered in mid to late January. Your system should not allow me to purchase and pay for an item that has already been sold out.

I ordered four pillowcases; however, only two were shipped. I subsequently received an email nine days after the initial order, informing me that the remaining two were out of stock. I am dissatisfied that I was charged for items that were not shipped and that the delivery would be delayed by nearly three months.

I ordered and paid for a weighted blanket as a Christmas present for my wife on 5 Dec. I received shipping confirmation on 9 Dec. By 17 Dec, I hadn't received the blanket, so I followed up with Silk & Snow. On 19 Dec, a Silk & Snow rep responded saying they were looking into it. By 23 Dec I had not heard anything, so I followed up again. On 24 Dec, I received a new shipping confirmation. It is now 5 Jan, and I have yet to receive the item. I would never have placed the order if I'd known there would be so much hassle, and such a disappointingly late Christmas gift.

I received a broken headboard and notified you within a few days of the purchase, including submitting pictures of the broken headboard. I received a reply to submit the same and additional information on your Warranty Form, which I did. The automated response to the submission stated that it might take 4 to 5 business days for a reply. I submitted that Warranty Form on December 21, 2025. Still no response and it is now January 5, 2026.
