Major misprint in the instructions. Headboard and footboard used interchangeably.

Delivery took much longer than expected (2 weeks) with no tracking updates, and when I requested info from both Silk and Snow and the delivery company no updates were provided. Also there were no instructions included nor the cutting tool to open the mattress bag that was apparently supposed to be inside.

I ordered the percale sheets in sage green. They are an ugly olive green. I had thought they would lighten up when I washed them but no - they are still an ugly olive green

Had many issues with assembly waiting on a response from the claim department. I want to order more items but i am honestly so disappointed with the entire bed.

The delivery service was extremely poor. After a 3 week delay, I was given a one day notice for delivery the next day and was not going to be home. When I called to say I would prefer deliver on another day, the Silk and Snow representative told me they just leave the boxes at the door which is shocking to me given the $2000 order. She then said she would try to change the delivery and would confirm with me but no confirmation ever came and I received a text 15 min before the delivery. There were 6 heavy boxes and the delivery service said they are not allowed to come inside and a house and so would just leave them at the door. As a 60 year old single woman, I have to then pay someone else to bring the boxes inside up the stairs. Again shocking service for a $2000 order. I will never order from Silk and Snow again.

Had a couple different answers to same question. Someone told me that of my some order was back ordered but it wasn’t

I’ve ordered two bed frames and had similar experiences both times. 2-4 days to ship becomes a week to ten days. One week to ship turns into almost three. The second bed frame came with a broken piece that I had to submit a ‘warranty’ claim for that was to be responded to in 1-2 days. It’s been a week. I’ve since bought a piece of wood so I can fix it myself. Not ideal.

Mattress and mattress cover purchase and delivery were fine. The storage bed was another story. First it was out of stock. Then zero communication unless I chased customer service down. When the bed finally arrived so I could set it up, the bottom piece for the drawer is broken. Two of the bolts were not long enough when putting it together. Drawer doesn’t stay closed. I spent a long time researching which company to purchase from so these things were disappointing.

1) I received the bed 20 days after I ordered it. This is way too long.2) The bed is difficult to put together because the screws are poor. Also the instructions and illustrations could be more user friendly.

Had no idea when the scheduled delivery was and then the bed just showed up at my front door
