Boxes were torn open some damage

Where is my order I haven’t received it yet

My bed is uncomfortable and set up (moving the box upstairs and set up) was difficult and the show room is closed so I cannot even test other beds.

Didn’t realize that the duvet cover was for both king and California king, not sure why it would be made for both sizes.

Im so sorry. You have an excellent product. It’s high-quality and I love it. But the turnaround time for orders seems to be extra long. In fact, one of my orders I suspected was lost because it took so long for it to ship. The price point sets an expectation.We live in the world. Where orders are turned around well within 2 to 3 business days. One out of three orders I placed with you was turned around in a reasonable time.

Wrong order received

The delay in shipping. I ordered from silk and snow because the advertised shipping time is 2-4 days (doesn’t even specify business days). I needed mattresses quick for my 3 year old and I and they took 18 days to come (11 business days). The only support your team provided was an option to cancel the order. I would’ve gone with a different company if I knew it was going to take that long , we slept on the floor / couch for those 3 weeks.

Do not ship out damaged product.

An error caused by the website during the checkout process created a situation causing a double order. It stated that a token was not provided and to retry checking out. I’ve now been double charged and received two orders.

The whole thing took way too long as well we were sent 2 boxes of two different beds.
