The website states it can take up to 5-6 business days to ship within Canada. I ordered on July 12th and it is currently July 27th and I haven't received anything beyond and confirmation email. I was excited to support a Canadian company and since it's Canadian and you advertise reasonable shipping times within Canada, I was excited to purchase from you. But this experience has my losing my patience as I have yet to hear when I can expect my order. The money has already been taken out of my account nearly 2 week ago...

I didn’t even get the product I paid for.

Called customer service before ordering to try to time the delivery around a move. I understand that her recommendation was an estimate but it took over twice the amount of time that was suggested. Four of the screws provided did not fit.

My item still hasn’t shipped.

The sheets are pokey. Like I love a crisp sheet but I also like it to be crisp and smooth like not poky I feel like my face is getting scratched.
