Misleading marketing and subpar products in the essential bundle.Resolution has been extremely weak and slow and I’m very disappointed.

The product was not up to standard

Delivery is late; perhaps send surveys after the customer has received their purchase. Last tracking info update was four days ago and package was supposed to have arrived yesterday.

My product never arrived.

It was a mixture of good ad bad hence the 3 stars. Ordering was made to be a bit complicated because we felt the rep was not reading our specific request about the colour selection. I felt like I had to repeat myself a few times in writing. Also the shipment was delivered by a guy who told me to meet him outside and to bring a trolley with me and made me wait for over 15 minutes when he said he was 2 minutes away. The trolley is only an issue because I fear not everyone has one accessible to them - luckily I did. Another issue was supposed to be easily resolved and the customer care person told me the items would be shipped out together because I had to order one new item and replace a damaged one… the new item arrived in 3 business days but the replacement item took about 2.5 weeks and was delayed beyond what was promised.. the item was for gifting and we had no spares… also when the replacement item was delivered it arrived in a massive box for one single sleep mask, I feel this is a waste of cardboard as it could have easily been sent in a mailer to avoid wasting paper as it’s not good for the environment.

I ordered two nightstands since the prices were more reasonable than Thuma. The packaging was excellent. No issues with how the items came packaged.The color of the nightstands are great and the wood smel was refreshing.My only issue is with the drawers. The gliders are pretty rough. You have to force the drawers to close fully. It’s not what I expected. I would have liked gliders that were smoother to close and then an easier nudge to fully close.

The sheets are beautiful but feel like burlap. I team them through the wash and they actually felt worst! Also, dried them in low no heat tunble and they still slightly shrunk

Shipping unclear. No notice of shipping, or things are in “pre shipping” which has no explanation as to what it is. Then stuff is delivered but still in “pre shipping”. Items out of stock after order and then all of a sudden not out of stock. Shipping was/is still a complete disaster.

The bed frame took over 3 weeks to deliver and the tracking was not helpful at all. After reaching out to support twice I finally got it and the frame did have some damages.But the wait for so long and the mattress on floor for more than the days provided initially when placing the order was definitely causing a lot of inconvenience.We had to push my parents visiting us for a long time since we did not have a bed frame and getting up and down from the mattress on the floor was not an option.
