Coverlet was too big and the sheet fabric was too thin. Wish I could have sampled first. Likely won’t purchase again. The cover,et is already showing pulls in the fabric

I ordered two pillow, a sheet set and a quilt. I received the pillows last week and the rest has only just been shipped yesterday from Canada.

Cancellation and change policy is inflexible. I attempted to change the color of my nightstands prior to the order even being shipped and was told I wasn’t able to because it was “processed.” Most companies still allow a change even. Perhaps communication between customer service and the warehouse would mitigate this.

I did not receive notice of advanced notice that my shipment was coming today, which is really unprofessional. (2) a very large very heavy shipment and there was only one delivery person, creating a dangerous situation and this is just profoundly unacceptable.

I missed my package being delivered due to poor updates. Your email for tracking was delayed by 2 days.

Super late. It hasn’t arrived yet and it’s been 2 weeks. Their original email said is get an update early this week but did not!!

Taking longer than expected to rectify order issue.

The product. We usually buy our bedding from Parachute. I decided to try silk and snow as a Canadian company and have been dissapointed. The color of duvet vs. sheets is very different and the duvet cover is far too small for a standard king duvet. The duvet made up looks short and stuffed. Our parachute duvet covers fit great. The fitted sheet is also too small for our standard king mattress.

There was an issue in the manufacture of our bed frame. I contacted someone regarding the issue, filled out the required form, was told I would hear from someone within 2-3 business days and never heard back. I am frustrated with the lack of service, and the quality of the product, for the price that I paid.
