The platform bed and headboard is inaccurately advertised showing it being used without a wall for support. Bed had to be returned and a new one ordered. Many many emails back and forth and the original discount wasn’t honoured. Very frustrating experience.

The bad has a big hole in the middle of it. The latex has not expanded. It's been over a week so I'm sleeping in a big hole. Your bed sucks.

I did not use your labels, the pickup was scheduled by you and completed before you sent me the labels. Again this is not my error. Multiple errors have been made on your part. I emailed to cancel the order within the three hour window advised on your website, I even attempted to call the next day during business hours but there was no answer. The package was then shipped and you were unable to recall it from fedex. However it took you guy multiple days to respond to me, and if you had responded on time this would not have been an issue. You then arranged a fedex pickup for me, but did not issue or send me return labels until after the pickup was scheduled. This whole experience has been abslolutely unacceptable. I would like a phone call and a refund issued immediately. Please call me (386)341-6693. If you continue to be this unresponsive, and unable to keep track of your own products I will be contacting a lawyer. Bryer

My order was missing items. It took multiple emails to get the issue resolved. I had to send a reminder email to have the item shipped.

The service was fine, I appreciate that the product is meant to be high quality but at this price point to have such a low thread count they feel very thin and cheap. They are comfortable and soft enough though. Just thin.
