I ordered two pillow cases in a color I didn't really want because that color was in stock. Some time later, I got an email saying they weren't in stock & they would likely be in stock maybe mid-January. I emailed saying (1) when because they are for my daughter who is leaving the country January 27 and a delivery later would be useless and (2) if I'm waiting anyway can I get a different color. For a stock email response about re-stocking dates or something. Asked to provide feedback and haven't even got a notice these are in stock or ready to be shipped. Likely won't even see them for a few weeks.

We ordered a bed frame and an organic mattress together. The gentleman who helped us messed up the price. He first told us the total would be around 2900 before tax, with 2 free pillows. But when we are about to pay we find out the price is wrong. According to his original offer it should be around 3200 after tax for the bed, mattress with 2 free pillows, but the terminal machine is showing 3500. I confirm the price with sales man, he then say the 2900 pre tax does not include the pillows. I have already confirm with him twice before we decided to purchase. This is really unprofessional. We still ordered the bed and mattress, because they do look/feel good in the show room. (I haven’t received them yet) But I do not want to pay extra for the “free pillows”

Color was off, went to store to return, the employee was very direct and unpleasant, saying I could only return through the online process. Online return process was time consuming and not very user friendly. Will not be purchasing from silk and snow ever again.

I purchased bedding and weighted blankets for my children for Christmas and had a very poor experience. The products had a strong chemical smell, the duvets were extremely noisy and plasticky, far too hot despite being marketed as all-season, and the duvet covers did not fit standard duvets. The weighted blanket was not realistically washable in a household machine and caused my washing machine to break when washed according to the care instructions. Silk & Snow refused to take responsibility for the appliance damage or any related costs. While a refund was eventually offered, the return process placed an unreasonable amount of work on the customer, including photographing products, creating shipping labels, providing tracking numbers, and arranging courier drop-off for bulky, heavy items. The lack of accountability, urgency, and customer-focused support made this experience extremely frustrating and stressful.

The build quality of the middle rail is really disappointing. I had to engineer a stabilizer. I wanted to return then realized you sneakily made returns extremely costly. I will never buy another product from you and will let everyone I know how disappointing your company is for the cost.
