Original product arrived as scheduled but was broken, had to wait roughly a week to finally get a new one shipped. The replacement delivery stated it was left on my porch, it wasn’t it was left in the rain, upon opening the package this product too was broken.

You didn’t provide any updates for a week and a half after I paid, which made me wonder if I was actually going to receive the package. Also, the off-gassing is causing me to have allergy symptoms every time I’m near my bed.

The mattress what’s delivered to my neighbors house instead of mine. It is not clear when you order how heavy it is and how much help you need to get it in your bedroom. It took quite the effort to get it first to my house and then to my bedroom.
