Delays in shipping that have been prolonged twice, I haven’t received my product yet to be reviewing it. We got married and this was the first thing we spent wedding money on so the delay and unclear delivery time is beyond a disappointment.

Didn't receive mattress, courier didn't update tracking number for several days, then it was just reported as damaged and not delivered at all. It took multiple phone calls and emails to find out.

Only 2 out of the 3 things I ordered arrived. There is no tracking number for the last item I’m waiting for. I can’t even schedule a proper delivery. There’s no estimated time of arrival. There is a string lack of communication

No communication re: delivery; limited communication from delivery company; product took close to 2 weeks to arrive (whereas ordered mattress from Endy and it arrived within 2days)! No comments yet re: actual product as this is meant to be a gift in upcoming weeks.

Shipping was split up into two different deliveries and I still have not received a status update for the bed frame.The mattress arrived. We are still waiting on the frame with no idea when it will even ship
