I never received my order

The original package was not delivered. A replacement was sent, but it appears the duvet cover was not included. I’m still waiting for the replacement to arrive, and based on the email confirmation, it also looks like the wrong colors were sent.

My order hasn’t arrived. I have been in a new home for 2 weeks without a bed.

Ordered a Muslam queen sized blanket. Given the price I thought the quality would've been much better than amazon, however it showed up with a number of catches and pulls.

Small factory defect scratch with white and blue paint o n headboard. No resolution after filling claim.

The order I placed was not taken properly due to a computer glitch on their side. Lots of back and forth and extra charges.

Not good quality

I purchased 2 upholstered beds and both came damaged. I can not get a response to return / exchange.

The product was 5 out of 5...walnut dresser dragged from walkway into front entrance was extremely difficult because of weight.Then unpacking took some time . The fact that it had to be moved to second floor bedroom was impossible for one person. Next to lighten weight the drawers needed to be removed. A young neighbor helped me to move it up stairs. If not I would have had to hire a mover for a lift. You must address this shortfall and hire a white glove service to deliver, unpack, and put together if necessary and place product. 90% of customers would pay extra for this service.

I placed the order over 2 weeks ago and it has not been delivered. I requested that the order be cancelled and a refund processed l.
