As per email bed has blue stains and was missing envelope. Email response received just said ‘sorry’

We purchased medium firm mattress, and it leans towards firm. It was stressful that the delivery advised that we didn't have to be home during the delivery. Where were they going to place this large package, and what if it rained?

I wanted to intimidate a return for a product I am not satisfied with. Customer service was helpful and quick to respond ! They didn’t argue with me about the product , just apologized and sent me the return info. This was refreshing customer service and easy . However the return process is complex- I have to now clean and dry the used products (Turkish towels), had to initiate the fed ex return label and will have to wait and see if the condition of the product is acceptable before getting my refund. This is cumbersome and I feel it is setup to deter returns. if I showed a picture of my item, I shouldn’t have to return it, it is used.

Everything arrived on time but the product was broken. The bottom part of the cabinet did not work. It was cracked

I believe mgt could have offered a compensatory offer but telephone representative was steadfast and refused to pass this point forward for deliberation.

You sent me the wrong sheets twice. I had to take the package to fed ex to ship it back twice which was very inconvenient.

Poor communication on delivery expectations. The message I recieved from the transportation company advised that no one needed to be present for delivery. My building refused the delivery. Second time the delivery driver didn’t even wait for me, and just asked if the elevator was booked and left. Once the dresser arrived it was damaged.

I purchased 2 king sized wood beds and both were shipped with parts missing. In the case of one bed, screws were missing so the headboard could not be attached. After calling, the screws were shipped the next day so the bed could be assembled. The second bed was missing the centre support legs and incorrect assembly instructions were provided. Even though i have followed up twice, and it has been about a month since i first called, i still have not received the support legs.
