Communication was difficult. The day before the mattress was received, I was informed by email that the following day a bed frame would be delivered to me. I was absolutely distraught because I specified several times that I needed the mattress to be delivered before or at least by Saturday since I already had the bed frame and the headboard and didn’t want an additional bed frame. My daughter was arriving on Sunday so the mattress was all important. Miraculously, however the mattress was delivered the day before she arrived on Saturday. She will be leaving tomorrow.Then I just needed to set it up by myself as there was no one to help me but I did it. So in sum better communication. Also I made a mistake by sending the original mattress delivery back because I was not informed that all the bed parts would not be delivered together. Since I hadn’t opened any of the boxes I assumed that that mattress had already come, but such was not the case . Also the he deliveries came from different companies and that for me was very confusing. Consequently the mattress needed to be re-ordered since no refund was given to me and I had paid for everything before. I didn’t open the boxes from the original delivery because I required someone to assemble everything for me. Finally I found a handyman who did that and then realized that there was no mattress! It would have been far better if everything on the order had been delivered at the same time. I am 76 years old and not accustomed to ordering anything much on the internet. Perhaps you could make this entire process much easier.

I haven’t even received my order and it still hasn’t shipped. I was informed (only after calling in) that your team was changing warehouses which caused a delay.Obviously your team would know that a warehouse move was happening, so greater transparency up front would have been appreciated.

1. When I placed the order, the website said the product is “In stock, Ready to ship” (within 3-4 business days). However, it took almost 2 full weeks before I the order got shipped.2. When I finally got the order, it was missing crucial parts! Now I have to wait another week, maybe even two weeks, to finally be able to start assembling the bed frame. Why do you not have expedited delivery for these situations? Why is there no pick up option for people that do not want to wait?This experience has been absolutely terrible and while I understand this might not be the norm and I may have just been unlucky, my experience will prevent me from ever recommending one of your products to anyone I know. I work as a residential auditor for a bank, so my clients ask me for recommendations regarding their homes all the time. Sadly, Silk and Snow will never be a company I’d recommend.

We ordered the organic mattress for our one-year old who will transition into a big-girl bed soon as we pass the crib onto her soon-to-be little brother.We were shocked how much you feel the springs on the firm mattress and don’t know what our options are considering we had her bed made a certain height to support the height of that mattress.

Respect your delivery dates. Use a competent transport company with a real tracking system.

I ordered the sleep mask on Jun 24 and it’s on back order for at least a month. I’ve yet to even receive the product let alone try it!

The product arrived both damaged (one box) and stained(one of the three main cushions) on a very obvious area of the couch. In honesty

There was a flash sake 2 weeks after I purchased my mattress and you would not go out the discounted price. Very shady!

I ordered my bed frame on June 22nd and it still has not shipped. Customer service was unhelpful as they keep forgetting to follow up when they said they would.

Have been now waiting 3 weeks for a bed and it just arrived with 1/2 the parts missing. Extremely disappointing. Can’t even set it up,
