Shipping eta was 2-4 days it’s been almost 2 weeks and hasn’t shipped yet due to it being back ordered

I haven’t even received my product yet. I ordered it 15 days ago and haven’t got a single update.

The quality of the sheets was substantially below what I’m used to for percale. If you’ve ever had the LLbean sheets or Parachute ones these ones feel like they should have cost $40 maximum.

The box was tore up when we received the topper. There is nothing to hold it on bed and keeps sliding around everywhere.

I ordered My mattress on June 16th for a guest. My mattress arrive until July 3rd, long after my guest had departed

J’ai acheté ma base de lit, il y a déjà près de 3 semaines et je n’ai toujours pas de nouvelles. C’était écrit ship in a week… mais ça fait plus. J’aurais aimé recevoir une communication comme quoi ne pas m’en faire.

I never got my product. I paid $700. Called to ask and they said they’d check for me and they never got back to me.

The product is beautiful and wonderful and the service I received from Cassandre in customer service was exceptional. However I would have liked not to have had to write to customer service in the first place. I never received a tracking number or shipping confirmation, when I finally wrote an email to check the status of my order, Cassandre was very helpful. However, due to the delay and lack of response from Canpar, I finally had to drive out 40 minutes to pick up my order at the Canpar warehouse. I suggest choosing a different carrier next time. I’d love to order again, but don’t want the inconvenience of having to chase after my order.

Disappointed in product. Came with lots of pulls in it which I didn’t expect for the price I paid.

I ordered 10 days ago and the package is still not shipped
