I ordered 3 items, a dresser, bed frame and night stand. They shipped me the wrong item and instead of a night stand I received a partial piece of a bed frame for a different sized bed.In addition there was damage to the dresser I received. For a dresser that costs over $1k I was expecting to be higher quality than what I received plus it being damaged. One of the handles was broken and the wood was peeling.I also contacted customer service in regards to not receiving the night stand but a random item I that I don’t need and it took weeks for it to arrive when this bedroom set was supposed to be a Christmas gift which I received way after Christmas. It was very disappointing.

I recieved my order with a hole in it, now I've been waiting almost 2 weeks to get a replacement. Was forced to do a warranty claim, which is crazy to me- why can't you just send me a replacement? I've ordered a ton of items, including a new mattress, many sheet sets and duvet from Silk and Snow, thinking I had found a great company to work with and continue to order from, but honestly this exchange/warranty process has put a bad taste in my mouth and I'm not sure if I will continue to order from Silk and Snow moving forward because of it. It shouldn't take me 2 weeks to get a replacement for an item that took a couple days to be fulfilled in the first place. I have also not recieved any correspondence on the warranty claim itself, and it's been a week since I filed it.

I gave a 2 because I am having a difficult time returning an item that I’m not satisfied with. You need a better return system with FedEx. My package has been sitting outside for a week. I still have no label or pick up date. This package is very heavy I needed help with. I’m afraid it’s going to rain and will need help moving the price of furniture back in. I have emailed twice and called. No luck.

I'm looking forward to using the items i purchased.I was frustrated that I bought them on the last day of a sale, but then immediately there was another sale where the price dropped more. This made me feel dumb and like I missed out on a better deal.

The drawer base was badly damaged in the delivery process. I've noticed several other comments noted the same issue.
