Half of my order is severely delayed with no tracking info. It took me several attempts at chatting and outreach to get it rectified. Once the second part arrived one part was damaged. Everything was packaged so neatly I’m surprised but the bottom piece to the storage drawer looked like it was punched.

They sent me a bed frame with slats that don’t fit. I called them and they said I had to submit online. I submit online, and then they redirects me to ANOTHER form requesting the same information for an assessment. I submitted more than a week ago and still have not heard back when it says it will take 4-5 days.

Improve the joint at that location. Perhaps a different lamination/orientation of the grain.

I still have not received 1/3 of my order. FedEx seems to have lost this last package. It took two weeks of going back and forth with Silk & Snow's customer service to get them to agree to offer a replacement for this missing package. It has been another week since I've received an update about that promised replacement, so I am not feeling confident that promise will be kept.

Beautiful colored blanket and concept but the weave is so weird my Mom’s foot went through the weave. It’s very odd and I wouldn’t call it a “blanket”

I ordered a queen bed and a king was delivered. Not impressed. Now I need to store the king bed in my 1 bed room apartment while I wait for it to be picked up.
