There appears to be a quality issue with bed being structurally crooked. I have opened a ticket with your team but the responsiveness leaves a lot to be desired. I have also received no update for the 2 nightstands that were backordered and now the site does not reflect any delay if ordered today.

Purchased delivery delayed I have still not received my purchase.

Very shiny and too slippery

I ordered my bed on 6/28 and it still hasn’t even shipped yet.

I waited iver 6 months for the fabric headboard.

This was the worst experience. Cheap low quality product with terrible customer Service. Waaaay better places to buy a bed. FYI there is no manager if you have an issue. Mickey Mouse company with very poor policies.

You sent the wrong item. Then didn’t resend the correct one until weeks after and more than one follow up on my part. I still don’t have it.

The sheets are a little less quality than i tough, considering we paid extra for the premium bundle. Same for the pillows.

After 3 weeks, it still smells bad and strong. And there is already a bump in the middle of the mattress. I weigh 130pounds so I don’t think it’s a matter of being overweight. I’m still deciding on keeping it or not unfortunately. I’m going to wait for the first month to pass
