There was no problem with the online experience of purchasing. Or with the delivery. The website is very user friendly, kept up to date, and easy to navigate. Again no problem there. But this is the second time I have experienced extreme disappointment with the product.

i called twice to request a return label, was told twice it will be sent by e-mail, i never received it so i have no choice to keep the product

Hi, sorry for the negative feedback. But I ordered my peracle sheet set in haste, and tried to cancel immediately afterwards, in which I was told it was likely too late but maybe they could tell the courier to return to sender. Suffice to say, the sheets were sent and delivered depsite my protestations.And so I decided to just keep and use them rather than trouble with the return. Where upon my second disappointment arose. The peracle set is significantly rougher in feel than my brooklinen peracle sheet set, which I also recently got. And the prices are similar. Perhaps if the silk and snow sheets were notable cheaper this discrepancy in feel quality could be excused.

Sent everything that we needed - slats and hardware were missing from one of the beds and we’re still waiting to receive them
