The bottom drawer is never flush with the top drawer. Bottom drawer never closes fully. Railing seems off by 2cm

There wasn’t assembly guide in the package and some screws were missing. Also add a video on your website or YouTube channel on how to assemble the beds.

The product unfortunately came damaged. Still able to use but made the assembly much more difficult and the storage won’t work properly

The shopping experience was fine. I was just a bit disappointed with the quality of the sheet set. It has an artificial look and feel like it’s not 100% cotton (looks like polyester). And the stitching is a bit poor.

One if the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 sets of night stands. One if each set was significantly damaged. Eventually I received a replacement to one of the sets. The other damaged nightstand is still awaiting legs. A replacement pair was sent in the wrong shade and now I can’t get anyone in your customer service department to give me an answer as when I can expect legs in the correct shade. I’ve been told by one person that she would ensure the legs would be sent right out and that she would seek compensation for the hassle we’ve experienced. The next person tells me something completely different. It has been a frustrating experience and has put a damper on our new retirement home.

I received the wrong bed post not allowing me to put my bed together. I reached out and still waiting on a bed post, currently having to have my mattress on the floor

Better customer service. The dresser I ordered wasn't in stock, but that wasn't noted on the website or on my shipping confirmation. I had to reach out to inquire when it would arrive. Each time, the turnaround was 24 hrs before I had a response from customer service.

I thought my pillowcase would be the best.I was told it ranked up with the Blissy ones.Although I haven’t used one of those, I feel your silk one isn’t as it claimed it to be.Just a lesson learned on my part. 🙁
